    Our SAINTS WAY

Our "Saints Way" is a balance of Social Emotional Capacity, Content Area Mastery, Performance and Assessment, and Educational Empowerment.

Our "Saints Way" is the lens we use when we hire new staff, when we plan staff development strategies, and the intention we have for all of our graduates.  With a commitment towards rigor, relevance, and relationships, we believe we are creating a fantastic teaching and learning environment so that all Santa Teresa High School stakeholders can succeed.

    OUR Theory of action

When we, the staff, recognize the value of what each of our students, staff, and families contributes to the school, we will cultivate collaborative relationships within our community to empower stakeholders academically, socially, and emotionally in the process of learning.  As a result of our actions, we will celebrate increased engagement, decreased implicit bias, and strengthened collective efficacy.
